About Us
We are the experienced team of commercial and residential real estate’s valuers, established by directors of JLL Valuation Department, Russia (one of the leading international consulting companies in real estate).
From 1997 to 2022 JLL Russia was a part of international consulting company JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.), the provider of services in commercial real estate in 80 countries.
After JLL leave Russia in April 2022 we established DMA Valuation LLC to continue the work with the Clients in respect of valuation.
Our company consists of ex-valuers of Valuation Department, JLL Russia.

Dmitriy Davydov

Dmitry has been working in the Russian real estate market since 2001 and
has over 20 years' valuation experience.
Dmitry manages and coordinates operations and professional work of the
company and also is responsible for further development of business.
Previously, Dmitry had been working within Jones Lang LaSalle for 15 years.
Dmitry has carried out valuation of shopping centres, logistic complexes
and business centres. Dmitry also has extensive experience in land valuation for development of commercial and residential real estate properties.
Dmitry graduated from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance with a degree in Business valuation in 2001. Dmitry is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a member of the non-commercial partnership Self-regulating organization Intellectual Business Alliance (IBA). In 2018 and 2021 Dmitry successfully passed the exam to receive his qualification certificate in Valuation of real estate properties in accordance with requirements of Russian valuation legislation.

Alla has over 15 years' experience in real estate valuation. Her responsibilities include valuations and managing complex valuationinstructions.
Previously, Alla had been working within Jones Lang LaSalle’s Moscow office for 18 years. She worked on a wide range of valuations of properties located in Moscow and other Russian regions for Clients such as Raven Russia, Atrium Real Estate, OPIN, Etalon Group, AFI Development, Troika Dialog, Renaissance Development, Baltic Property Trust, VTB Capital, Sberbank, etc.
Alla graduated in 2002 from the Russian Economic Academy with a degreein Economics and Management, specializing in construction and real estate. She completed the Valuation course at the Professional Appraisal Institute within the Finance Academy. Alla is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a member of the non- commercial partnership Self-regulating organization Intellectual Business Alliance (IBA). Our valuations are fully comply with the requirements of Russian legislation about valuation activity.
In valuation process we rely on our own professional analysis together with the up-to-date information, received from our colleagues in respect of prices and rental rates, yields, market activity, key market players and other relevant data to define market value of real estate properties.
We conduct real estate valuation under Federal (Russian) Valuation Standards and International Valuation Standards, RICS Standards. There are different purposes of valuation, including valuation for sale/acquisition, financial reporting, loan security, management decisions.
